PROGRAM 01 · $189/MO · UNLIMITED

Small-Group Strength

The main event. Barbell strength training in a group capped at eight, programmed in 8-week blocks, with a coach watching every rep. Unlimited classes, no contracts.

For the teacher, nurse, or developer who wants to get genuinely strong without becoming a person whose whole personality is the gym.

How it runs

Here's how most group fitness works: twenty people, one instructor, music loud enough to hide the fact that nobody's watching your back round on rep six. We built the opposite. Eight people max. One CSCS-certified coach. Every class runs the day's block from a program written eight weeks in advance — squat day, press day, pull day — with your numbers, your progressions, your name on the whiteboard.

The cap at eight isn't marketing. It's the honest maximum where a coach can see every set of every person and still cue in time to matter. When Marisol's squat starts caving on rep four, Coach Dre sees it on rep three. That's the whole product. Everything else — the platforms, the playlist, the people who text you when you skip — is gravy.

You'll test at the start of a block, train four to five days a week if you want (three is plenty), and retest at the end. Members add an average of 55 pounds to their squat in their first two blocks. Not because we're magic. Because progressive overload works when someone's actually keeping score.

Small-Group Strength: asked and answered

I've never touched a barbell. Is this going to be terrifying?

No — but we won't throw you straight in either. New members without barbell experience start with Foundations, our 4-week onboarding, so your first group class isn't your first time under a bar. By the time you join the group you'll squat, hinge, press, and pull with a coach's sign-off. Nobody's first day is max-out day.

What if I can only make it 2–3 times a week?

Then come 2–3 times a week. The program is built in tracks so three good sessions still move you forward — three focused days beats five sloppy ones every time. Roughly half our members train three days a week. They still PR.

Is it like CrossFit?

We share a zip code with that world, not a philosophy. No leaderboard, no racing the clock on barbell lifts, no mystery workout of the day. You follow a strength program that's planned eight weeks out, and conditioning shows up in controlled doses at the end — carries, sleds, bikes — not as a competition.

What does a class actually look like?

Sixty minutes: ten of warm-up specific to the day's lift, thirty-five on the main strength work at your loads, and fifteen of accessories or conditioning. You share a rack with at most one other person. The coach runs the room; you just lift.

The first week is free. The excuses are on you.

Seven days, unlimited classes, a movement screen with a real coach, and not a single sales call. Worst case, you learn to deadlift.
