PROGRAM 05 · FROM $45/PERSON

Semi-Private (2–4)

Bring your people. Two to four of you, one coach, individual programs run side by side. Splits the cost of private coaching without splitting the attention much.

For couples, running buddies, coworker crews, and siblings who need a referee. Anyone who trains better with a witness they already like.

How it runs

Semi-private is the industry's best-kept secret and we don't know why it's a secret. You and one to three people you actually like book a standing slot with a coach. Each of you runs your own program — Sam's rebuilding a shoulder press, Priya's chasing her first pull-up, you're finally learning to squat below parallel — but you're doing it together, same hour, same coach walking the racks.

The economics are honestly great: from $45 a person per session at a crew of four, you're paying group-class money for something two steps from private coaching. The accountability is even better. A class you skip is a small private shame. A Tuesday slot where your best friend is already parked outside your house? You're going.

Crews set their own schedule with their coach — mornings before school drop-off, lunch hours, Saturday 9 a.m. — and the slot is yours block after block. We'll match solo joiners into an existing crew when there's room and the vibe fits, so tell us if you're a crew of two looking to become a crew of four and cut the rate.

What you get

  • 2–4 people, one dedicated coach, one standing weekly slot
  • Individual programming for each person in the crew
  • From $45/person per session in a crew of four
  • Crew of two runs $65/person — still under private rates
  • Same coach every week — they'll know all your knees by name
  • Schedule set by your crew, held across 8-week blocks
  • Crew-matching available if you want to grow to four and save

Semi-Private (2–4): asked and answered

We're at really different fitness levels. Does that break it?

Not even slightly — it's the normal case. Everyone runs their own program at their own loads; you just share the hour and the coach. We've got a crew where one member deadlifts 405 and another started eight weeks ago with a kettlebell. They fist-bump between sets. It works.

What happens when one of us is traveling?

The session runs for whoever shows, same price split as normal — or your crew can bank the week and double up later in the block. For chronic travelers we'll write travel workouts so you don't come back to square one. The program forgives trips; it just remembers them.

Can two of us join and find two more later?

Yes — start at the crew-of-two rate and we'll introduce compatible joiners as they come to us (people ask weekly). When you hit four, everyone's rate drops. Think of it as strength training with a housing-costs mechanic.

The first week is free. The excuses are on you.

Seven days, unlimited classes, a movement screen with a real coach, and not a single sales call. Worst case, you learn to deadlift.
