Strength training for Holly
The Holly neighborhood knows about showing up — it's one of the oldest, proudest corners of East Austin, and the families who've held it down for generations don't need a lecture from a gym about consistency. What we offer instead is a place on Springdale where abuela's grandkids and the new neighbors lift on the same platforms and learn each other's names.
Holly members tend to come up Cesar Chavez or cut through Canterbury, and the evening classes are their zone — after work, before dinner, with the Lady Bird Lake trail two blocks from home for their conditioning days. More than a few started because a cousin wouldn't stop talking about their deadlift. That's our entire marketing department, honestly.
Who trains here from Holly
- Multi-generation East Austin families — we've got three grandkid referrals
- Trail runners from the Lakeshore stretch adding twice-a-week strength
- City and county workers on the after-work class circuit
- Festival-season survivors rebuilding after October flattens them
- Cousins. So many cousins. The referral chain is undefeated
Straight up Cesar Chavez, left before the H-E-B, look for the lime door. First week's free — bring the cousin.
