PROGRAM 06 · $79/MO ADD-ON

Open Gym

Platforms, bumpers, chalk, and no wait for a rack. A member add-on for running your program solo — with a coach in the building if a lift needs eyes.

For members who want extra volume, lunch-break lifters, and the people who find a quiet 90 minutes with a barbell genuinely meditative. We get it.

How it runs

Some sessions don't need coaching — they need a platform, a loaded bar, and nobody asking how many sets you have left. Open gym gives members keycard access to the full floor during posted hours: six platforms, calibrated bumpers, specialty bars, sleds, the good chalk. If you've ever waited twenty minutes for a squat rack at a big-box gym while someone filmed themselves, you understand the product completely.

Open gym is an add-on to a coached membership, not a replacement for one — that's deliberate. Your open-gym sessions run the same program as your classes, so volume adds up instead of fighting itself. Most people use it for an extra accessory day, grease-the-groove technique work, or making up a class that work stole.

And you're never actually alone: a coach is on the floor or ten feet away during all open hours. Want a set of eyes on a heavy single? Ask. Want to be left completely alone with your headphones and your five-by-five? Also honored. We can read a room.

Open Gym: asked and answered

Can I get open gym without a class membership?

No — and it's a quality decision, not a squeeze. Everyone on the floor has been through our coaching, so everyone squats to standard, loads honestly, and knows the platform etiquette. That's why our open gym feels calm instead of chaotic, and members tell us it's why they stay.

How crowded does it get?

Posted capacity is 14 on the floor at once and we've hit it maybe five times, all in January. Live headcount is in the member app before you drive over. The 6–8 a.m. and lunch windows are the quietest if you like it library-level.

Can I bring a guest?

Members get two guest passes per month for coached classes — that's the front door for guests. Open gym itself is members-only, for the same floor-standard reason as above. Bring your friend to a Saturday class instead; first week's free for them anyway.

The first week is free. The excuses are on you.

Seven days, unlimited classes, a movement screen with a real coach, and not a single sales call. Worst case, you learn to deadlift.
