The programs

Six ways in.One standard.

Every program below runs on the same spine: a written plan, a CSCS coach, and progress you can point to. The differences are group size, price, and how much of the coach's attention has your name on it. Start with the free week — it plugs into any of them.

Small-Group Strength

The main event. Barbell strength training in a group capped at eight, programmed in 8-week blocks, with a coach watching every rep. Unlimited classes, no contracts.

For the teacher, nurse, or developer who wants to get genuinely strong without becoming a person whose whole personality is the gym.

Foundations

Every new lifter starts here. Four weeks, twice a week, tiny groups: a movement screen, then barbell basics until squat, hinge, press, and pull are yours for life.

For complete beginners, people coming back after years away, and anyone who learned to lift from a 2014 YouTube video and suspects the video was wrong.

1-on-1 Coaching

One coach, one athlete, one goal. Fully individual programming and a standing appointment that makes skipping basically impossible. The fast lane.

For post-PT rebuilds, specific goals with a deadline, schedules that laugh at class times, and people who simply do better with an appointment and a handshake.

Nutrition Coaching

Habits, not meal-prep prison. A monthly plan built around food you already like, a weekly check-in, and zero powders sold to you at the front desk.

For lifters whose training is dialed but whose lunch is a gas station situation, and anyone tired of restarting the same restrictive diet every January.

Semi-Private (2–4)

Bring your people. Two to four of you, one coach, individual programs run side by side. Splits the cost of private coaching without splitting the attention much.

For couples, running buddies, coworker crews, and siblings who need a referee. Anyone who trains better with a witness they already like.

06$79/MO ADD-ON

Open Gym

Platforms, bumpers, chalk, and no wait for a rack. A member add-on for running your program solo — with a coach in the building if a lift needs eyes.

For members who want extra volume, lunch-break lifters, and the people who find a quiet 90 minutes with a barbell genuinely meditative. We get it.

The full breakdown

The first week is free. The excuses are on you.

Seven days, unlimited classes, a movement screen with a real coach, and not a single sales call. Worst case, you learn to deadlift.
